What it does
One app for the whole stream.
Campfire Studio puts the parts of a live show that usually live in separate programs into one Windows app.

Scenes, a sound mixer and a virtual camera, so the show is put together in one place.
Stream segments
Ready-made show segments — interactive stories, audience-driven songs, choose-your-path games — arrive later as paid add-ons.

How we build
One person, and the system that runs the company.
Campfire Tales is one person and an in-house AI operations system called Kaylee. Kaylee keeps the company's records on a local brain, runs an overnight build lane, writes a morning brief, and takes requests by voice and by phone. Kaylee is not for sale. It is built in public, with a dated build log.
